Not surprisingly, we are all really dissatisfied! For S3, which is most likely the final season, #YaliCapkini followers had a lot of hope. A much better, more empowering version that put the #seyfer front and center might have been written.
Really, neither Sinan nor Diyar nor a ton of extras were necessary to contaminate the show. They may have, for instance, demonstrated that #seyfer were split up because Seyran was expecting and miscarried, and Ferit decided to end her relationship because she was unconscious, or Ifakat intervened and caused miscommunication.
The absurdity of Seyran shoving Ferit away when she most needed him, or #seyfer hiding with Sinan or Diyar, were far inferior to the plethora of other possibilities.
The entire Diyar and Sinan storyline, along with half of the extras, are superfluous and are just thrown into the #seyfer plot, detracting from the #seyfer storylines, my point being made. Their rating may have increased and they may have had a lot more social media engagement. They didn’t have to ruin either the male or female leads in the process.
